記得小時候，在一個過年前的夜晚，家父帶我和鄰居小朋友一起去西門町看電影；就是這部約翰韋恩恩主演的『最長的一日』，講述二次世界大戰諾曼地登陸戰史。當時，物資相當貧乏，一般人也沒有太多的娛樂活動，去戲院看電影是了不得的大事。一群小男生欣喜雀躍的隨家父擠上三輪車，到了萬國戲院，卻發現售票口早已排滿人山人海的長龍。看來買不到票了，大夥垂頭喪氣…，家父叫我們站在戲院入口處等他……. Continue reading

The original version was recorded by Ric Cartey With The Jiva-Tones on November 24, 1956. It was originally released in 1956 by Stars Records as catalog number 539 and one month later by RCA Records.
